The U17AA boys played in the Mississauga Majors U18 Open and went 3-0 to reach the finals outscoring their opponents 35-10 on their way to the title game versus a very strong West Toronto Elite squad.

The final was a nail biter against the tournament favourite yet they got great pitching, played exceptionally well defensively and scored two late runs with some clutch hitting to secure the championship with a 6-5 win.

A great weekend for the boys and the North York families and fans! Go Blues!

North York Baseball Association provides House League and Elite/Rep/Select levels of play for boys and girls 6-18 and a Junior team. . Games are played at Bond Park in North York. NYBA is celebrating 50 years of serving the community!
