NYBA 11UAAA – Youth World Series Champs for 2023!
July 17-22nd, 2023 the U11 North York Blues AAA team travelled to Cincinnati, Ohio for their first out-of-country tournament where they attended the Youth World Series 2023 tournament.
Over the course of 5 days the boys played a total of 7 games. They were 4 and 0 going into the quarter final, they lost to a tough team from Louisville who they had beaten earlier in the tournament. They rebounded with a convincing 14-6 win over the grizzlies from West Virginia in the semi finals. And with revenge on their mind, they came out with a tough 9-4 win over Louisville in the finals!
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE NYBA 11UAAA TEAM who are the 11U Youth World Series Champs for 2023!
