It was a series of hard fought battles with the team going 5-1 to win the championship.

In the first match-up North York U18 AA beat East York and moved on to play North York U17 AA. It was a great game against our baseball family with North York U18AA prevailing in the end.

Up next was our TBA rival Royal York. The game was a pitchers duel going 7 scoreless innings. 2 extra innings were played and Royal York inched out a 2-1 victory.

Sunday morning we faced the North York U17AA team again. It was an extremely close game with North York U18AA winning 5-3 and we were back to face our rivals Royal York needing 2 wins for the championship.

It was another tight battle with North York U18AA winning 8-7 on a walk-off single in the 7th inning of the first game and outlasting them to win 13-3 in the second game.
