Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame 2023 Inductee Ceremony June 17

The Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame 2023 Induction ceremony will be held Saturday, June 17 at 1PM in St. Marys, Ontario.
Along with 2023 Inductees Jesse Barfield, Denis Boucher, Rich Harden and Joe Wiwchar, the CBHF will be honouring, 2020 inductees John Olerud and Jacques Doucet.
The Induction Ceremony is free but for true baseball fans, there are numerous advantages to purchasing a membership for reserved seating, preferred entrance times to autograph session and reduced autograph fees.

Weekend celebrations kick-off at The Opening Pitch, Thursday, June 15th 6-10PM at Left Field Brewery
Guests will mingle at a small, private ticketed event, with the hall’s class of 2020, 2023 inductees and Canadian Baseball legend Fergie Jenkins.
The evening includes refreshments and a silent auction but no autograph session.

The Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum is located in St. Marys, Ontario. The Hall of Fame and Museum commemorates great players, teams, and accomplishments of baseball in Canada.
The Museum was founded in November 1982 in Toronto at Exhibition Place and later moved to Ontario Place theme park. In August 1994, it was awarded to St. Marys, Ontario and in June 1998 the doors officially opened in St. Marys.
The Hall of Fame and Museum is dedicated to preserving Canada’s baseball heritage which dates back to June 4, 1838, when a game which very closely resembled today’s game of baseball was played in Beachville, Ontario; and even further back to the late 1700’s when baseball was mentioned in New Brunswick.
The CBHFM annually hosts 700+ kids’ events on site and have developed to include baseball fields, museum space and trails. The Hall of Fame hosts an annual Induction Ceremony to recognize those who have contributed to the development of Canadian baseball.

10:15AM: “Ferguson Jenkins Way” name unveiling to take place near museum!
11AM-5:30PM: Museum open to public for tours
1PM-3PM: Induction Ceremony for Jesse Barfield, Denis Boucher, Rich Harden and
Joe Wiwchar plus 2020 Inductees John Olerud and Jacques Doucet.
3:30PM-5:00PM: Autograph session with inductees
PLUS Bill Humber, Pete Orr, Tom Henke, Steve Rogers, Fergie Jenkins, Claude Raymond.
Billy Atkinson, Pat Borders, Rich Butler, George Kottaras, Aaron Myette, and others.

North York Baseball Association provides House League and Elite/Rep/Select levels of play for boys and girls 6-18 and a Junior team. . Games are played at Bond Park in North York. NYBA is celebrating 50 years of serving the community!
