NYBA 2026 TRYOUT SCHEDULE

North York Baseball is considering adding another competitive team for players born in 2018 & 2019. This would be a joint 8U/9U Select Team. If there is enough interest by players and volunteer coaches, tryout dates will be set for the near future.

Interested parents are asked to complete this form. Everyone on the list will be updated once the decision has been made.

Please review the following pages before paying the tryout fee; completing the player sign-up sheet and attending a tryout:

Players who do not live within the Toronto Baseball Association catchment area require a release from their local  baseball association. Details are available in FAQ. 

Registering for tryouts at NYBA is two-parts.

• All players pay a one-time fee of $25 per player to attend unlimited number of tryouts. Payments are made through TeamSnap by clicking on the button below. Funds collected through tryouts will be used in support of NYBA rep/select/elite players requiring financial assistance.

• Upon payment, players will receive an email with a link to the sign-up page, listing the team tryouts; dates and a link to complete a player profile, the final step in the sign-up process. (Coaches work from this information to prepare for tryouts.)

• Tryout Registration is completed ONLY WHEN BOTH payment is received and the Player Profile Google Form is completed.
